Couldn't I just build this myself with Vapi?+
Honestly — yes, if you've got a developer and a free weekend. Vapi is the platform underneath us. What we add: 60-minute setup instead of your weekend, prompts already tuned for UK property terms (vendor, AST, freehold, RRA), a real British voice that doesn't drift to American, ongoing maintenance as Vapi / ElevenLabs / OpenAI all update, and a Pro tier that reviews call quality weekly. If you'd rather just pay someone to handle it, that's us.
Will it sound like a robot?+
Honestly — most callers don't notice in the first 5 seconds. We use British voices via ElevenLabs and Claude Sonnet 4.5 for the brain. We're happy to share a demo recording before the pilot if you want to hear it first.
What if it gets something wrong?+
It will, occasionally — that's why genuine emergencies (leaks, lockouts) escalate to your on-call mobile within seconds. Every call is logged and reviewed weekly so we can tune the prompt as patterns emerge.
Do I need to give you my main phone number?+
No. We give you a brand new dedicated UK number. You just forward your existing line to it (after-hours, or 24/7 — your call). Nothing changes about your existing setup.
What about GDPR / data protection?+
You're the data controller, we're the processor. Calls aren't recorded by default. Caller details go to your Airtable, encrypted in transit, kept 30 days then auto-deleted. We'll send you a one-page DPA before go-live.
